    I don't blame ya. Those directions are screwy. You only have to swim across the Taiwan Strait. The Pacific Ocean is the other side of Taiwan.

    Yeah, I tried the Google Maps directions from San Jose, CA to Honolulu, HI, but that long kayak leg with no hotels or gas stations was a bummer.
