Court strikes down warrantless wiretaps

U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor today ruled that the National Security Agency's warrantless wiretap program is unconstitutional, RAW STORY has learned.

The court has ruled that the program violates the rights to privacy, as well as free speech, and has ordered an immediate halt.
