The 9/11 Commission Report has been put in a 'Graphic Adaptation' aka 'comic book' form. I think it's a good idea, as it makes it easier to read. As us Marines say, "Pictures! Lotsa pictures!"
With my own ears, I heard former Governor and Commission Chair Thomas Kean say they got it right.
