Seems T-Paw pardoned this lowlife for statutory rape of a 14 year old, whom he later married. But that's not where it ends. The child conceived from the original act was also victimized by this asshole.
Since T-Paw is the only sane-looking one in the 2012 Republican Clown Car so far, I'll betcha Fox and the rest of them will give him a pass.
