Observations

Just a couple, probably many more as the days go by and sanity returns, replacing disgust and wonderment at the deadly folly of my fellow citizens:

If we've learned anything from this election, it is that you cannot, as was previously believed (by me, anyway), motivate people by appealing to their higher natures, such as hope, optimism, and truth. You must appeal to their fear, greed, intolerance for others not of their ilk, greed and base desires, even if you have to invent things and lie about their importance. You have to know your market, and this Bush (Rove) did very successfully.

Apparently, most Americans agree with Osama Bin Laden about who should be our President. I feel that there will be an awful terrorist attack fairly soon so OBL can show his pleasure at their choice.
