A question for people older than me (I’m 34): There was a time in this country, wasn’t there, when people who thought Congress was in league with our nation’s mortal enemies, and actively, knowingly plotted with them to have Americans killed, were confined to street corners with urine-soaked refridgerator [sic] cartons and tinfoil hats, right?
Please tell me this was so, and that it could some day be that way again.
Yes, hopefully one day people who are mind-numbingly stupid or downright delusional or criminally complicit will be treated as such once again.
