What Goes Around, Comes Around

From the NYTimes via my e-mail:
On June 19, 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was approved after surviving an 83-day filibuster in the United States Senate.
It seems the filibuster didn't work very well when it was used to try to thwart good legislation. Now the Reps want to abolish it because it appears it might just work to thwart their evil intentions.
