To the ropes!

Dealing with young Cattle Dogs is always an adventure. They're smart and have a high energy level so you have to keep them entertained. They also like to tear shit up and in order to keep them off the leg of an antique table or chair, you gotta keep them in toys. Toys that can take some abuse. Rubber Kong toys and heavy duty rope toys are the order of the day. To wit:

The one on the left is brand new. The one on the right was new yesterday.

This goes on for hours at a time.

If the Mrs. wouldn't kill me for doing it, I'd get an old tire and toss it in the middle of the floor for 'em (steel-belted radial of course).
