I remember Tom very well from my L.A. days. A terrific newsman and interviewer with a great sense of humor, he was fun to watch. You can learn more about him at the LATimes.
This was his signature line:
"Fire up a colortini, sit back, relax, and watch the pictures, now, as they fly through the air," Snyder would tell his viewers.
