Make this shit up. I wish I could share the testimony with you (Grand Jury proceedings are secret) and the suspect's statements after his arrest but use your imagination and you wouldn't be far off (try to think as stupid as you can). Woulda made a great episode of Cops.

Just like in martial arts many degrees. Our legal minds seem to have very little to do other than add complications to the existing laws.

What I can say, after checking with the DA, is that the suspect, after he was arrested and Mirandized, volunteered that he bought took the drug mentioned in the article less than an hour before and also gave up the name and address of the guy he bought it from. I suspect we'll be getting that case before the end of the week. Heh ...
