Shopping Day

Over the mountains and through the woods, a-shopping we must go. I'll leave ya with these:

Hurry up, get more done, and die

Hopefully before you get any Social Security. Others want that money.

Morford is right on. I've often wondered why in America, life has to be ALWAYS about work, work, work, money, money, money, and being constantly busy, busy, busy. I sometimes think it's a way of avoiding to have to face the essential emptiness of it all.....

1. The phrase "the productivity of the American worker" has been used to justify everything from mass layoffs to the state of the economy. In truth, they just want you to work until you die.
