Support Our Troops: The best way to improve military morale is to praise the troops in speeches while slashing veterans' benefits and combat pay, and by putting stickers on your car while never actually thinking about them, and by wearing yellow ribbons that mean nothing while denying the truth and not paying benefits to over 7,000 families of US troops.
7. Sex Education: If condoms are kept out of schools, adolescents won't have sex. (Ignore the problem and it will go away)
