Prosecutors Who Screwed Up Sen. Stevens' Corruption Trial Were Bush Appointees

I've had the same thought as Tony Peyser:

Call me crazy, point to my tin foil hat
Say my idea's weird & unconventional
But could that botched case have been
Not an accident but maybe intentional?

Then again, maybe they were just typical Bush appointees - good Repugs and incompetent.
