I think he raised the tax on suntanning booths and cigarette-specific tobacco. I don't use the former and I'm rolling my smokes with pipe tobacco rather than pay a $25 per pound tax. :-)
That's why they're whining, because it costs the Orange Boner more to stay orange. ;)
Excellent point, although I'm sure his Masters have donated him his own booth.
