Dear Congressman Wexler,

I appreciate your initiative, but Congress does not have the time to futz around with more 'non-binding resolutions'. Everybody except the brain-dead 27% have had it with this President. Just saying 'Congress doesn't approve' without any teeth behind it is useless, merely preaching to the choir. It is time for drastic, definitive action. If you haven't realized it by now, Bush doesn't care what Congress thinks, doesn't give a shit about the will of the American people. You wanna do something useful? Proffer Articles of Impeachment. Put forth something with teeth and dare the Republicans to vote against it.
