Too cheap to succeed

That's been my problem for years too, but I was floored that the Gray Lady has a 'Wheels' section! I mean, don't Noo Yawkahs just walk, take the subway, or ride with cab drivers who don't speak much English and know the longest route to anywhere?

I think the Tata Nano's cuter than a bug's ear, and it's supposed to sell for $2500. I'd buy one in a heartbeat. I can install my own radio.

I doubt if it will pass U.S. safety standards. It looks like the main frontal crash protection is the soles of yer sneakers!
